There are moments in time where the soul is calling for change, something new, something different. These moments can reshape us — and then there are moments that transform us entirely.
Our 2025 Peru Wellness Retreat was one of those rare experiences.
2 Groups - 2 Transformational Journeys.
Over the course of our time together in the heart of the Sacred Valley, a mixed group of strangers and friends arrived with open hearts and minds, and a shared willingness to step into the unknown.
What unfolded was nothing short of magic.
The first night is always special to see everyone coming in as their old self ready for change. There is fear and anxiety but yet courage and excitement and once that first ceremony begins that energy of the land and the medicine brings the feeling of calmness, protection, surrender and love. Peace to the mind, body and soul.
Watching these brave warriors dive deep and embrace the experiences was an honour to be part of. Anyone who comes to sit with the medicine and step outside of their comfort zone to heal and to better their lives I have the utmost respect for. What everyone shared together through being vulnerable brought everyone closer together and these new friendships became family. Experiences were shared that will last a lifetime.
The ceremonies led everyone to experience all the 7 Grandfather teachings - humility, courage, respect, love, honesty, truth and wisdom. All these beautiful souls will carry these with them just as all the lessons of Peru will be carried within their hearts going home.
If there is one truth we were reminded of, it is this:
When you give yourself the space to step away from your normal environment, healing accelerates.
Retreats are not an escape from life — they are a return to what matters most.
Ceremonies bring us together as we are all one. When we gain wisdom we become teachers and can share that light with the world. The ripple effect just as a stone tossed into a lake, the ripples spread wider and wider eventually reaching the shore. In the same way we can spread that light, love and wisdom to others who are in need.
